The Ultimate FITNESS FALLOUT // My Favorite Cheat Meal

Well it had to of happened eventually…. the ultimate fitness fallout has taken place, and of course came right after my absolute favorite cheat meal in the world!

We are now 3 weeks post show, and I have yet to have my favorite cheat meal in the world, which comes from the Chicken Or The Egg in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. I have had this meal countless times on the channel, so if you are a loyal subscriber you already know what this cheat meal is!

But of course with all epic cheat meals come the fitness fallout after, and let me tell ya, this was truly the Ultimate Fitness Fallout!

⬇PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN PANCAKES⬇
1. In a large bowl, mix the following.
1 Serving of Pancake Mix
1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
1 Scoop of Protein (I prefer PEScience Select Protein Powder)
2. Add water until the batter becomes thick and fluffy.
3. Stir batter for 30 seconds.
4. Pour batter onto pan on LOW heat.
5. Enjoy the DELICIOUS Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes
