Ugly Sweaters & Arm Workouts // Giveaway Winner Announced!! // Vlog 26

In today’s video, I head to an Ugly Sweater party to kick off the 2017 Holiday Season. But of course, you can’t go to any party without hitting an Arm Workout before! Hope you enjoy Vlog 26!

As mentioned, Taylor & I went to the gym for an awesome Arm Workout. We started off with biceps, keep the exercises super heavy and reps low, then finished off with triceps of course, following that same pattern! Following the gym, Taylor & I headed to an Ugly Christmas Sweater party, and clearly we had some classics on! Tis the season for Ugly Sweater parties, so I had to get some that fits me, and what is better than a flexing Rudolph looking all swole!
