We Have COVID…. // Macro Friendly Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Muffins

It’s been quite the week as Taylor and I officially have covid. We have been down for the count, doing a lot of relaxing, watching a TON of the Olympics, and doing plenty of baking. And with that being the case, we had to share Taylor’s famous Macro Friendly Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Muffins!

We broke down the entire baking process of the Gluten Free Muffins with a baking tutorial, so we hope you guys enjoy! I also included the full ingredients list below, so be sure to check that out!

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Ingredients:
• 2 Ripe Bananas
• 7 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
• 2 Whole Eggs
• 2 Cups of Oatmeal
• 1 Tbsp of Baking Powder
• Sugar Free Syrup
• Chocolate Chips
