We Ran Out Of Gas…. // Arm Blasting Workout For Mass // Vlog 16

In today’s vlog, I take you guys through an Arm Blasting Workout For Mass. When I say Arm Blasting, I mean it! This one was for the books, and just completely killed my biceps and triceps!

Like I mentioned, I head to the gym for Arm Day! I had an incredible workout and made a little edit for you guys! As off season is fully underway now, my workouts are much heavier. I am typically doing 4-5 Sets per exercise and keeping the reps a little lower so I can lift more weight! My reps are usually between 6-10 now as well. I have the full Arm Blasting Workout listed below, so be sure to check that out! Little side note, I was all hyped this arm workout cause I was finally able to curl 135 lbs!!

Following the workout, I hit the golf course once again. This was a golfing trip like no other as our golf cart ran out of gas! We were lucky enough to make it back to the club house, but it was definitely an experience I will never forget.

We went golfing at Pickering Valley Golf Club in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. If you guys like crazy hills, then this golf course is for you. It was a nice little course, and was super cheap so if you guys are around the area, definitely check it out. I’ll leave the link to the course below as well!
