I get asked ALL the time on “how do I get bigger arms”. Of course having a good diet is essential, but by incorporating in these Top Arm Exercises to your workouts, you will see those arms grow in no time!

In this workout commentary, I go through my top 2 arm exercises, which are the following,
1. Barbell Curls
2. Close Grip Bench Press

I break down each exercise, covering the KEY points on how to perform that specific exercise, and for how many reps and sets you should do of each to see the best results!

Set 2: 10 Reps

Set 4: 6 Reps/ Drop Set

2. Standing DB Curls
4 Sets x 8-10 Reps

3. Incline Bench DB Curls
3 Sets x 10-12 Reps

4. EZ Bar Preacher Curls
3 Sets x 8-10 Reps

5. Close Grip Bench Press
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 8 Reps
Set 4: 6 Reps/ Drop Set

6. Cable Rope Push Downs
