Is important to be smart regarding our training and programming because the mentality of going all out every time you train isn’t going to take you very far unless you’re gifted genetically. The reason for this is that technique training is key and the human body has a recovery limit, and as an intermediate or advance athlete, you should structure your days where you go hard, and days where you go lighter and focus on other goals
I also explain how to handle your training on those days where you are just not feeling it, to still take advantage of the training session in terms of strength and muscle development through neural efficiency.
