Be MINDFUL about what you’re doing! Don’t just go with the flow, or do anything because anyone tells you to. We all have the capability to be concious about what we’re doing and why

This happens with stretching and mobility training a lot. People just go through the motions without really careing if it’s contributing to anything. Gaining and utilizing proper range of motion is a basic principle of being fit and injury free.
