The Best Training Split for Strength & Muscle growth will largely depend on the consistency with the training program, aswell as the scientific facts that make it more optimal.

Stuff like muscle protein synthesis, neural adaptations, volume management and more are explained in the video with science based evidence, but none of that is gonna work unless you’re consistent with your training program.

Picking a split that you enjoy might even be more important than what is “optimal” for you, if it means that you’re motivated to train then you’ll get the best results for sure.
