Another quick update on my prep, I’m 2 weeks out from my upcoming competition. I started adding fasted cardio and post workout cardio on my daily routine, I also adjusted my carbs from 0-50grams upto 100-150grams. My meals are very basic and there’s no changes on my Water and Sodium intake for now. I’m digging deeper and more focused than ever! let’s get it!
