Hey team,
As you would have probably seen by now my mens physique show has been posponed till the 20th September 2020. In this video i react to the news and share my thoughts on whats prep so far and what is next with regards to prep.
I also want to add with everything going on in the world at the minute there are a lot bigger things to worry about than me stepping on stage, also a huge thank you to everyone that has been watching the videos motivating me to push forward with prep. The stage isn’t going anywhere and i will step on it one day!!
