TESTING MY 1 REP MAX’S – New strength program.

Bad day in the office for me on this day! Testing all my max’s on the same day was always going to be hard! But I am really not happy with my strength after my cut. I have created a 3 month strength program to follow and hopefully Improve my bench, squat and deadlift. I will be documenting most of my sessions and talking through the program! Anyway hope you enjoy me failing some lifts!
