You can add difficulty to bodyweight exercises by doing combination and compound exercises.
Find demonstration of following exercises:
🔹 Single Leg Squat
🔹 Single Leg Squat with Forward Lunge
🔹 Side Step Ups
🔹 Step Ups with Reverse Lunge
🔹 Bulgarian Split Squats with Single Leg Deadlift
Using a simple prop like just a bench or chair can still make you feel worked up like on typical gym leg day.
