Here’s a small but advanced plyometric drill which helpful for powerful starts and turns.

Who doesn’t want to be Explosive from the very beginning?

Hook power band to strong attachment and tie it around your waist, adjust the distance so that you get adequate resistance while performing this drill. Explosively jump upwards, don’t forget to thrust the hip while you jump up.👈 Notice, 🧐 in the slow motion, how ankle, knee, hip, trunk are aligned in one line.
