Whole Body Kettlebell Workout you can do with just single Kettlebell

Kettlebell work out you can do at home with just one kettlebell.

Warm up moves:
🔹Kettlebell Taps: 00:04- 00:17 secs
🔹 Kettlebell Halo: 6-8 reps clockwise and anticlockwise, 00:18- 00:42
🔹 Kettlebell around the world: 6-8 reps clockwise and anticlockwise,00:43-01:10

Main set.
🔹 Kneeling Hip Thrust:  10* 2-3, 01:15-01:35 Or
🔹 Kettlebell Deadlift: 8-10 reps, 2-3 sets, 01: 36- 2: 08
🔹 Single Arm Rows 10 reps* 2-3 on each side, 02:09 – 02:25
🔹 Kneel to Squat: 10 reps, 2-3 sets 02:26- 02:53
🔹 Glute Bridge Pull Over: 10 reps, 2-3 sets 02:54 – 03: 27
🔹 Overhead Reverse Lunge: 8 reps, 2-3 sets 03:28 – 02: 53 Or
🔹 Reverse to Forward Lunge: 8 reps, 2-3 sets 3:54 – 04: 21
🔹 Glute Single Arm Chest Press: 8-10 reps, 2-3 sets 04:22 – 04: 43
🔹 Kettlebell Swings: 15*2-3 04:44 – 04:58
🔹 Skull Crushers: 10 reps, 2-3 sets 04:59 – 05:28 Or
🔹 Overhead Triceps: 10 reps, 2-3 sets 05:29 – 05: 50
🔹 Kettlebell Clean: 8-10 reps, 2-3 sets, 05:51 – 06:14
