Presenting full body mini band work out series: 😃

00:00 – Glute activation and Rows: 15 each side, 2-3 sets

00:17 – Alternate Firehydrants and Donkey kicks: 8-10 reps, 2-3 sets

00:35 – Prone Flying V raises:10-15* 2-3

00:49 – Plank taps in all directions: 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets

01:09 – Glute bridge variation (double or single leg): 15*2-3

01:42 – Oscillating pull aparts (5-6 reps 2-3 sets) + External rotation: 10-12 reps, 2-3 sets

02:02 – Biceps and Triceps: 15*2-3 sets
