Carpark Push Workout… to Failure!

We’ve all had to get creative for workouts with the gyms closed. Myself and a few of my friends have been going back to basics with some real gritty carpark workouts. When you’ve only got DIY weights and serious bro science work ethic, things get rough!

This was an edit from our Workout Wednesday Car Park Push Day:

Seated Overhead Press
Upright Rows
Shrugs
Incline Tyre Bench Press
Incline Tyre Dumbbell Press
Incline Tyre Dumbbell Flies
Front Raises
Dumbbell Curls
Dips
Barbell Curls
Tyre Flips
Sprints

This Push Day was more about pushing eachother than structure. We incorporated supersets and dropsets to failure to really test our grit. These carpark sessions aren’t for the faint of heart.

Did Greg get sick? Yes. Are we proud of him? Hell yes. Sometimes you gotta push yourself to the edge to really test what you’re made of.

*Before you start typing- We’ve been locked down together and working out for a while now. All the equipment is only touched by the four of us and wiped down between sessions. We work out in an empty carpark, nowhere near anyone else. Don’t @me.
