In this video I go through the main things you need to keep in mind when trying to start you after photo journey. You need to decide what your goal will be (DIRECTION), fully change your beliefs about this habit and the kind of person you are (COMMIT), start with simple, actionable strategies than you can stick to for a short period of time (CONSISTENCY) and then just carry this consistency with as long as you need to reach your peak fitness goals (TIME).
All these things combined will guarantee your success, regardless of the specific goal you are chasing!
