How to Stop Worrying About What Others Think About You (3 Steps)

This video is all about how to stop caring what other people think of you.

This is a huge problem that I think everyone suffers with to a degree. In a world where we are encouraged to put every aspect of our lives online for others to look at, it can be extremely limiting when you care too much about what other people think.

The main way I stopped caring so much was that I narrowed the whole thing down to three main areas- People, Filtering and Adapting/Adjusting.

Once you can identify the type of people who’s input you are caring about, you can filter out the inputs that have a negative impact on you. Once, you’ve filtered this background noise out and are left with useful information and feedback, you’ll be able to adapt and adjust your reaction accordingly.

Not caring about what other people think of you is an important skill to have. It allows you to divert your attention away from others, and focus on achieving your goals. In my case, these goals are around my fitness journey and creating helpful and valuable content for this YouTube channel. If I got caught up on what other people thought of me, I’d find it had to focus on my goals and in the long run their opinions would hinder me achieving these goals.
