Irish Gyms Are Open Again! | Pull Day (CHAPTER 1 VLOG 2)

Welcome to Chapter one of the vlogs! I’d like to apologise for my recent inactivity. I spent the last week getting used to the new normal and getting back into the swing of a gym routine. I’ve also been working on my Instagram content so if you haven’t already followed me, get on it (@steveoshea_sos).

In this vlog I’ll run through the Pull workout of my current training split. Give it a try and let me know in the comments how you get on!

If you are returning to the gyms soon, it important to start light and really concentrate on your form. Don’t go mad, expecting to lift what you were lifting before the lock down. The last thing you want to do is end up injured and out again.

Now that normal life is slowly returning, I’m going to start uploading one video a week, hopefully on a Sunday. I was able to maintain three during the lockdown because, well I wasn’t doing anything else. But now, I have a lot of things on the go and I think one video a week that summarises any updates that happened that week will be sufficient!
