In this video I show you how to make a super healthy, immune system boosting, macro & micros nutrient friendly smoothie, that I’ve added to my morning routine.
It’s never been more important to be fit, healthy and have a strong immune system. This smoothie is packed full of Vitamin A, B-6, C & K, Potassium, Fiber, Magnesium, and more! Macro-wise, it also packs a good 13g of Protein at a whopping 1.4g of Fat. Micronutrient friendly for your immune system & macro nutrient friendly to help lose weight, build muscle and get one step closer to your after photo physique.
