What Supplements Do I Take? (and WHY!)

Supplements can be confusing, especially when starting out in fitness. In this video I’ll be going through what supplements I take and WHY. If you find yourself asking What supplements should I take?, What does this supplement do? or Why do I need this supplement?, then this video will help.

If you do not know why you are taking supplements, then you probably should not be taking them. Make sure you know what you’re actually taking and most importantly, WHY you are taking them, before taking anything. Every one of my supplements has a reason and fits into my current diet.
