Today I decided to try to live a typical day in the life of an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder!
I followed the exact routine of IFBB Pro Steven Rogers that consisted of 6 meals and 3 workouts in a day which left me COOKED!
Going through this day was tough due to all the volume of food as well as the workout routines! I have lots of respect for Steven Rogers and got a taste of what it’s like to get to the next level.
