4 shoulder exercises you should be doing

shoulder workout:

exercise 1:
seated dumbbell press
warm up with light weight 15 reps
3 x 8 heavy

exercise 2:
dumbbell lateral raise
3 x 12-15

exercise 3:
cable lateral raise
(hitting rear delt)
3 x 12-15

exercise 4:
iyt raise
each iyt is 1 rep
3 x 10 / 3 x 30
