Crossfit workout FRAN vs european champ Oscar Sweeney + How to Bar Muscle Up in under 5 minutes !!

Crossfit workout FRAN ! today I am over at crossfit barbaric near Hull taking on the european crossfit champion Oscar Sweeney in the famous crossfit workout FRAN.

FRAN is a intense workout that comprises on 21-15-9 reps of barbell thrusters (43kg) & pull ups.

I then joined Miles from crossfit barbaric where he taught me how to get my first bar muscle up with in 5 minutes and I genuinely couldn’t do one before he showed me. Hopefully this 5 minute tutorial also helps you get yours!!!
