I tried the MURPH Workout vs 57 year old Crossfit Athlete!! | THE MURPH CHALLENGE

I did the MURPH Workout against Masters Crossfit athlete Steve Bartlett. The Murph Challenge is one of the toughest WODs (workout of the day)MURPH is typically done every Memorial Day in memory of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy who died in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.

It was Murphy’s favourite workout that helps to push us, humble us, and dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honour a man who gave everything he had.

To complete it you have to do:
– 1 mile run
– 100 pull ups
– 200 push ups
– 300 air squats
– 1 mile run
