THE JOKER Crossfit workout (with a horrific forfeit)

i did this deadlift workout called ‘the joker’ which is a crossfit workout combining deadlifts and toes to bar. i took on ollie, the owner of metcon leeds and we had an epic forfeit for the loser.

the joker workout – for time:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of toes to bar.
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of deadlifts. (we did 176 lbs)
