Training like DAN TAI for a day (with a hangover) 😷🥴

​@Dan Tai trains like an absolute beast! his crossfit ability is next level and turning up to crossfit barnsley to train with him after a night out was not a good idea. this one was very tough but always a pleasure to catch up with my bro dan!

give both the workouts we did a try..

AMRAP 18:
20 cal row
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 dumbbell snatches (add 2 each round)
10 x dumbbell box step ups

AMRAP 15:
10 cal ski erg
10 meter handstand walk
20 meter sandbag carry
